Matthew Lloyd is an advertising, corporate and editorial photographer. Based in Harrogate, Yorkshire, but often in London he specialises in stylised location portraiture and natural reportage. He works for major media clients such as Bloomberg, The Guardian and Sunday Times Magazine, and companies ranging from international brands to small businesses.
Winner of three prestigious Young Photographer of the Year awards in two years, he gained years of experience working the daily newsbeat for global wire agencies and national newspapers, learning to act quickly and decisively in an extremely competitive environment, before moving his focus to high end portraiture and commercial work.
Now, he is regularly commissioned to shoot celebrity and business portraiture by editorial clients ranging from The Times, LA Times and Bloomberg, his portrait subjects range from Hollywood stars and Prime Ministers to High Net Worth individuals and CEO's.
His images have been published in virtually all national newspapers worldwide, in magazines ranging from Time to Le Monde Magazine, and his work has been exhibited in London's National Portrait Gallery.
Recent client campaigns include Johnnie Walker, Land Rover, Lynx, and Rentokil-Initial.
